**Role Overview**: As a Content Creator at Electrogets Technologies, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business goals with our clients' needs. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content, developing strategies to drive audience engagement, and enhancing our brand's presence across social media platforms. You will also be instrumental in improving our clients' business outcomes and boosting our agency's productivity and market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Produce compelling content for social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, including written, visual, and audio formats.
- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective content strategies to drive audience engagement and achieve business objectives.
- **Multimedia Production**: Create high-quality photography and videos, including Instagram Reels and promotional content, to enhance marketing efforts.
- **Campaign Management**: Manage and optimize Instagram and Facebook marketing campaigns to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the team to align content with company goals and client requirements, ensuring consistency and impact.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Instagram, Instagram Reels, and content creation tools. Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and social media marketing.
- **Technical Abilities**: Expertise in photography, video editing, and social media marketing. Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram marketing and advertising best practices.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively and work collaboratively with team members.

**Salary Range**: ₹3 LPA to ₹8 LPA

**Office Timing**:

- Monday to Friday: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
- Saturday: 09:30 AM to 03:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Content creation: 3 years (preferred)
- Social media strategy: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
