**Salary**:
₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month
(Plus Performance Bonus, ESI, and PF Benefits)

**Experience**:
**2-4 years**

**Languages Required**:
Tamil, English, Hindi (non-preferable).

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design professional banners and digital creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for product and service promotion.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare basic reports.
- Handle online inquiries and assist in digital lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva and basic design tools.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic understanding of social media advertising and content strategies.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a team-oriented approach.
