**Roles & Responsibilities**

- Maintain discipline while ensuring a warm and child-friendly atmosphere.
- Create and organize a vibrant and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage active participation and curiosity among students.
- Promote foundational literacy and numeracy skills through playful and interactive methods.
- Instill values like sharing, teamwork, and respect for others.
- Regularly update parents about their child’s progress through meetings and written reports.
- Collaborate with parents to support children’s learning and well-being.
- Address parental concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Participate in organizing events like annual functions, celebrations, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Contribute to school initiatives and developmental programs as required.

- Maintain hygiene and monitor children’s health within the classroom setting.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification is highly preferred.
- Previous experience as a teacher for early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Creativity, patience, and a caring attitude.
- Ability to create an engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
