**Roles and Responsibilities**:

2. Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
4. Assess and record the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents as needed.
5. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and effective educational program.
6. Attend parent-teacher meetings and actively participate in school events.
7. Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

.2. Montessori or Nursery Teacher Training Certification.
3. Proven experience as a Mother Teacher in a nursery setting.
4. Strong understanding of child development principles.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
7. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
