**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Professionally greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and schedule client meetings.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain consultants’ calendars.
- Assist with client intake, document preparation, and filing while ensuring confidentiality.
- Oversee office supplies, manage social media handles, and ensure office equipment functions properly.
- Assist clients with form completion, track submission deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Escalate complex immigration queries to senior consultants when necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in front desk, office administration, or customer service (experience in immigration or legal services is a plus).
- Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment and social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of immigration procedures and visa documentation.
- Multilingual abilities (Hindi, English, Punjabi) are a strong advantage.
