**Job Summary**:The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and personalized support. This role requires advanced Excel skills for report creation and data analysis, along with strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns efficiently.
**Location: Sakinaka (Andheri)**
**Exp: 2-3 years**
**Responsibilities**:
**Client Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations and resolving issues effectively.
- Conduct regular strategic discussions and updates with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
**Relationship Management**:
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships by offering personalized support to clients.
- Understand client business needs and ensure the company’s products or services meet those requirements.
- Regularly engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products.
**Issue Resolution**:
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating them when necessary.
- Proactively follow up on unresolved issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
**Excel & Reporting**:
- Utilize Excel skills to create, maintain, and present reports based on customer data, business performance, and other relevant metrics.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **2-3 years of experience** in customer success, relationship management, or a similar role.
- **Excellent communication** and interpersonal skills.
- **Hands-on experience with advance excel.**:
- Experience managing enterprise clients.
- Strong data analysis skills
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new challenges.
**Additional Information**:
- **Language Proficiency: English and Hindi**
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
