**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customize reports based on the specific needs of various stakeholders, including management, clients, and internal teams.
- **Dashboard Creation**:

- Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize and communicate performance metrics.
- Utilize visualization tools to present data in a clear and understandable format.
- **Analysis and Insights**:

- Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- **Data Automation**:

- Implement automation processes to streamline data collection and reporting tasks.
- Explore opportunities to leverage technology for more efficient data management.
- **Data Security and Confidentiality**:

- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement measures to safeguard data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
- **Documentation and Standardization**:

- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, report templates, and data dictionaries.
- Standardize data formats and reporting procedures for consistency across the organization.
- **Collaboration with IT**:

- Collaborate with the IT department to implement and enhance MIS software systems.
- Provide input on system requirements and improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, preferably in the security and facility management industry.
- Proficiency in data management tools, databases, and business intelligence software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with security protocols and facility management processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages and scripting (e.g., SQL, Python) is advantageous.
