Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Architecture:

- Create and maintain architectural blueprints, technical designs, and documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.

Ø Technical Project Management:

- Lead and manage multiple projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, progress, and any potential delays to stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Ø Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in MERN/MEAN stack.Strong experience in project management, preferably with certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).Proficiency in **JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and either React.js or Angular.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.**Excellent understanding of front-end and back-end development, including responsive design, **RESTful APIs**, and microservices architecture.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Familiarity with **DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.**

Ø Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.

Knowledge of containerization technologies like **Docker and Kubernetes.**

**Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.**

Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
