Position Overview:
BAOIAM is seeking a dynamic and motivated PR Intern to join our fast-paced and innovative team. As a PR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of public relations within the context of a dynamic and growing company. This internship is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of PR and marketing communications, with a focus on enhancing brand visibility and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of PR strategies and campaigns to promote BAOIAM's brand image and products.
- Support the creation of compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate key messages and company updates.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for brand promotion and engagement.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating PR events, including press conferences, product launches, and media outreach initiatives.
- Conduct research on relevant industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to provide valuable insights for PR strategies.
- Assist in maintaining and updating media lists, databases, and contact information for effective communication with journalists and media outlets.
- Support social media efforts by creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and monitoring online conversations related to the company and its initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across various communication channels.

Qualifications:

- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic PR tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced work settings.
- Demonstrated passion for public relations, marketing, and brand management.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
