**Responsibilities**:

- **PR Strategy Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with Modarta's brand objectives and target audience demographics.
- **Media Outreach**: Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure editorial features, product placements, and press coverage.
- **Celebrity Placements**: Identify and cultivate relationships with celebrities, stylists, and wardrobe coordinators to secure high-profile placements of Modarta products in editorial shoots, red carpet events, and public appearances.
- **Press Release Writing**: Write and distribute press releases highlighting Modarta's latest collections, collaborations, events, and milestones to media contacts and industry insiders.
- **Measurement and Analysis**: Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports with quantifiable results, including media mentions, impressions, and ROI.
- **Crisis Management**: Act as a spokesperson for Modarta and handle any PR crises or issues that may arise with professionalism and tact.

**Requirements**:

- **Prior Experience**: Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or communications, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- **Strategic Thinker**: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- **Media Relationships**: Established relationships with editors, journalists, influencers, and industry contacts across fashion and lifestyle media.
- **Excellent Communication**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive pitches and compelling press materials.
- **Results-Driven**: Track record of delivering quantifiable results and achieving media placements in top-tier publications and platforms.
- **Creativity**: Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize unique PR initiatives and storytelling angles that resonate with target audiences.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities and trends.
- **Professionalism**: Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent Modarta positively in all interactions.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
