- Chocolate Production: Using specialized equipment and ingredients to produce chocolate products, including tempering, melting, and pouring chocolate.
- Product Development: Creating new and innovative chocolate recipes and flavors, designing custom molds, and developing unique chocolate decorations.
- Quality Control:Ensuring that all chocolate work adheres to food safety standards and maintaining high-quality products.
- Operations Management:Managing inventory of ingredients and materials, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the production area, and operating production machinery.
- Customer Interaction:Depending on the role, a chocolate maker may also interact with customers to fulfill custom orders and tailor products to specific requests.

- Technical Skills:Proficiency in techniques like tempering, molding, and hand-sculpting chocolate.
