**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day packaging operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure timely execution of daily packaging schedules and production plans
- Monitor and control manpower allocation and machine usage for optimal efficiency
- Maintain quality control standards and minimize packaging rejections
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth operations
- Record and report production data, downtime, and shift performance
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Train and guide packaging operators and helpers as required
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and improve output
- Attend shift handovers and communicate any issues or updates clearly to next shift
- Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging/production supervision
- Diploma or ITI preferred; any degree in engineering or technical discipline is a plus
- Strong knowledge of packaging machinery, materials, and processes
- Ability to lead a team, troubleshoot issues, and make quick decisions
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night)
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Experience in corrugated, FMCG, or manufacturing industry preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
