**About Us**:
We are a growing company in the construction supply/services industry, looking to expand our client base and reach new customers through direct field marketing and relationship-building.

We are seeking a motivated and confident individual to represent our company at construction sites and related businesses. Your main responsibility will be to promote our company’s profile, engage with potential clients, and secure new orders. This is a commission-based role, offering attractive incentives for each confirmed order.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit active construction sites and introduce our company and services/products to site managers or decision-makers.
- Distribute company profiles and marketing material.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Secure orders and report details back to the company.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of construction or related industries is a plus.
- Self-driven and confident in fieldwork.
- Ability to travel locally and independently.

**Compensation**:
This is a commission-based role. You will receive a commission for every confirmed order you secure. The more orders you get, the more you earn—no limits.
