**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion**: Promote and detail pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or healthcare solutions to healthcare professionals. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations during visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- **Sales Achievement**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for the designated territory. Identify potential clients and opportunities to expand market reach.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and new product developments. Provide feedback to management about customer needs and market demands.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of sales calls, appointments, and sales performance.
- **Training and Development**: Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions and self-learning. Stay informed about the latest medical advancements and industry practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies. Participate in conferences, seminars, and medical exhibitions to represent the company.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields. (A medical background is an advantage.)
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in sales or healthcare is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong aptitude for sales are welcome.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
