We are looking for a responsible and proactive Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of the student hostel. The warden will be responsible for ensuring discipline, safety, well-being, and smooth functioning of the hostel premises, while also addressing student concerns and maintaining a conducive living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain discipline and order in the hostel and ensure students adhere to hostel rules and regulations.
- Monitor the entry and exit of residents and maintain attendance/visitor registers.
- Handle student grievances and provide support or escalate issues when needed.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel rooms and common areas.
- Supervise hostel staff such as cleaners, security, and maintenance personnel.
- Conduct regular room checks for hygiene, damage, or unauthorized appliances.
- Coordinate with college administration, security, and healthcare in case of emergencies.
- Organize orientation for new residents and periodic meetings with hostel inmates.
- Maintain records such as occupancy, complaints, disciplinary actions, and supplies.
- Report any serious incidents to higher authorities promptly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
