**QUALIFICATION**: Any Degree

**Yrs of Experience**:2 - 5 Yrs

**GENDER**: Female

**AGE LIMIT**: Above 30 yrs

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Ø To responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the hostel.

Ø To visit each and every floor on daily basis.

Ø To supervise the housekeeping staffs while cleaning the hostel premises on daily basis; make sure that the waste from each floor is disposed of daily.

Ø Accountable for hostel inventories (Beds, cupboards, dining table, pillows, chairs etc).

Ø Any repair work with floors must be informed to the maintenance department and make sure it is done at the earliest, to accompany all male employees going for maintenance works to the floors.

Ø When going on leave and returning back to the hostel, hostel inmates should inform the warden.

Ø When a hostel inmate exits the hostel permanently he / she should get the clearance certificate from the warden.

Ø Daily attendance registers of the hotel inmates to be submitted to the Dean / HR office.

Ø Warden should be staying in hostel.

Ø To perform other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
