**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identify market gaps and develop innovative business strategies to expand product and service offerings.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and explore new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and launch new products or services.
- Guide and mentor internal teams on business strategies, growth models, and entrepreneurial best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, investors, and potential clients to drive business growth.
- Identify funding opportunities, assist in investor presentations, and contribute to securing financial partnerships.
- Work in an agile environment, quickly iterating ideas and solutions to align with business objectives.
- Optimize internal processes to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Support branding and positioning strategies to enhance market presence.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Evaluate competitive landscapes and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Drive user engagement and adoption through innovative marketing and sales tactics.
**Qualification/ Eligibility**:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in startups, business development, product management, or related fields.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of launching or scaling businesses.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
