We are always looking for creative and innovative talent to join our team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Entrepreneur-In-Residence (Business Unit Head/Startup) at AugRay located in Chennai, India. The Entrepreneur-In-Residence will be responsible for leading and managing a specific business unit or startup within AugRay. Their day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing business strategies, managing resources and budgets, identifying market opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth and profitability.QualificationsExperience as an entrepreneur or in a leadership role within a startup with less than five years of experience.Strong business acumen and strategic thinkingExcellent leadership and management skillsProven track record of driving business growth and profitabilityAbility to identify and capitalize on market opportunitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or related fieldExperience in the AI and XR (AR/MR and VR) industry is a plusExperience in Manufacturing a plusWork LocationChennai, IndiaESOPs with attractive compensation.
