BNC is hiring for Service Industry for the post of Internal Audit at Hyderabad location.
- Develop comprehensive internal audit plans and strategies based on risk assessments.
- Lead and conduct internal audit engagements, including financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, and risk management systems.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Present audit findings to senior management and the audit committee.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including external auditors, regulatory bodies, and company management.
- Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the company’s risk management processes and internal controls.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on audit methodologies and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the audit team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Provide advisory services to management on internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of internal control systems.
- Participate in special projects and investigations as required.
- CA and MBA with 2-5 years of experience in Internal Audit and Risk consulting within a consulting firm.
- Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk assessment methodologies, and auditing techniques.
