**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, HR professionals, and industry leaders to create job and internship opportunities.
- Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and career expos.
- Provide career counseling, resume-building workshops, and interview preparation for students.
- Guide students on industry trends, required skills, and job market expectations.
- Assist in preparing students for group discussions, technical interviews, and aptitude tests.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of students, alumni, and recruiters.
- Track and report placement statistics, job offers, and hiring trends.
- Ensure compliance with placement policies and provide regular reports to management.
- Work with faculty to align curriculum with industry needs.
- Organize guest lectures, skill development programs, and workshops with industry experts.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business administration, education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or recruitment.
- Strong networking skills with established industry connections.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, job portals, LinkedIn, and career networking platforms.
- Ability to analyze and report placement trends and hiring data.
- Passion for helping students build successful careers.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in career counseling, HR recruitment, or corporate training, CV Shortlisting, Departmental Communication, Academic & Industry Collaboration.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, hiring processes, and employer expectations.
- Knowledge of job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and career development tools.
- Ability to organize large-scale placement events and networking sessions.
