Job Responsibilities:

- Develop Annual Internal Audit plan based on the recommendation/suggestions by CFO, Business Heads and Audit Committee.
- Break down the annual plan into Quarterly/ monthly plan and fix milestone and deliverables accordingly.
- Assist Audit Management in executing the audits plan, Perform audits of identified auditable entities in the capacity of field in charge for certain audits / a team member in other audits
- Perform field work and identify audit issues, analyze root cause, impact and practical recommendations
- Support in conducting exit meetings with the auditee, seek initial responses for the audit observations and prepare minutes of the meetings.
- Any exposure to profitability Analysis, material reconciliation is highly desirable.
- Draft the audit report for seeking Managements final responses.
- Ensure audit work is completed and documented in accordance with the required standards, time lines.
- Review of appropriateness of closure of audit issues
- Ready to travel frequently
- Handling/ analyzing data preferably using audit tools
- The position will be interacting with counterparts in the Head Office and other Group/Site offices throughout India hence a professional attitude and Excellent communication skills is important.

**Education**:
Inter CA

Experience:
2-5 years experience auditing mid size firms

**Location**:
While the role will be primarily based in Pune

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
