**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining comprehensive financial records. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to support financial operations and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Transactions**: Process and record financial transactions including invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Accounts Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- **Budget Monitoring**: Assist in monitoring and managing budgets, track expenses, and provide insights on financial performance.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- **Documentation**: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- **Communication**: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to address financial queries and provide support as needed.
- **Audit Preparation**: Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CA or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Certifications**: Professional certifications such as CPA or CA (preferred but not mandatory).

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
