JOB DUTIES:
CONDUCT CLASSES IN BLENDED FORM, BOTH ONLINE AND OFFLINE MODE. USE
TECHNOLOGY INNOVATIVELY IN CLASS.
TEACH ABOUT VARIOUS SMALL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, RISKS, AND
BENEFITS.
EXPLAIN VARIOUS TRADITIONAL AND DIGITAL MARKETING TOOLS TO GROW
BUSINESS AND EXPAND CUSTOMER BASE.
CONDUCT ROLE PLAYS, PRACTICAL PROJECTS AND ASSIGNMENTS
ASSESS AND EVALUATE CLASS SIZE OF 15-20 STUDENTS.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS WITH AN ABILITY TO CREATE A
COMFORTABLE CLASS ENVIRONMENT.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH SMALL BUSINESS TRAINING.
MINIMUM TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN TUTORING OR
SIMILAR FIELD.
WELL VERSED WITH ENGLISH AND BENGALI LANGUAGES.
ABILITY TO COMMUTE IN KOLKATA’S SUBURBS.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH AN NGO IS PREFERRED.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Trainer: 2 years (preferred)
- Digital marketing Trainer: 2 years (preferred)
