**About the Role**

We are searching for an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team and lead engaging classes for our students. You will play a vital role in our Kolkata Academy and virtually online, shaping the future of our students through Learnpact’s innovative learning platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive digital marketing training programs for students at both the Kolkata Academy and online learners.
- Develop course materials, including presentations, assignments, and case studies, that align with Learnpact’s project-based curriculum and industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies and integrate them into the training programs.
- Conduct practical workshops and projects, providing students with hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with the Learnpact team to ensure seamless delivery of training programs, both online and in the Kolkata Academy.

**Qualifications**

**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

**Desired**:

- Certifications in relevant digital marketing areas (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic learning environment.
- Prior experience training adult learners.
