- Key Responsibilities:

- **Teach IB DP Economics**: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Economics lessons in line with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme framework, ensuring students achieve academic excellence and deep understanding.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement innovative and interactive lessons, integrating global issues, current events, and case studies relevant to economic theory and practice.
- **Student Support and Development**: Support students' intellectual growth through differentiated instruction, offering individualized guidance, and creating a positive learning environment.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design formative and summative assessments that align with IB standards, analyze student performance, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Engagement with Parents and Guardians**: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for development.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in IB training and professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in Economics education.
- **Collaboration with Colleagues**: Work with the faculty to develop interdisciplinary connections, contribute to curriculum planning, and participate in school events and activities.
