Description:
- 8+ years of experience in US Retirement Services domain - Defined Contributions
- 5+ years of experience in managing processes across Money In or Money Out or Institutional contributions with people span of 20 - 30 resources
- Experience with remote transition, hands on with process reporting: SLA, TAT, Quality, AHT, NIGO, RCA
- Excellent people leadership skills, ability to manage team in critical situations and drive holistic engagement
- Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities across process, reporting and controls
- ASPPA Certification (preferred)
Manage and lead a team of operations professionals, including assigning work, monitoring progress, providing feedback, and coaching, and evaluating performance
- Quality Review of high dollar Money In
- Retirement Services Transactions
- Responsible for supervising and training, ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures.
- Manage customer relations and resolving customer queries.
- Ensures that the business is following all relevant regulations and laws.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective integration of operations with other business functions

Role Objective: Co-ordinates with the transition team and build a strong transition plan
Plans and monitors the resource deployment. Staffing plan and actively participate in work allocation.
Experience from “Software licensing, Customer Support, Invoicing.
Experience in understanding contracts/agreements for processing an order in the system. Should be flexible to work in any shifts and “Work from Office” mode
Quality planning - Reviews the service quality plan and work with quality team on building quality control, assurance, and improvement.
Work allocation - Reviews the staffing plan in order to achieve the production target
Excellent in communication and co-ordinates with both internal and external stakeholders
Customer relationship - building strong relationship with client and enhance the customer experience index
Team handling experience with 70+ members
Excellent knowledge on business metrics and deliver value added project benefit to the client
Very good understanding of Order flow, managing holds, invoicing, handling any disputes etc
100% work from office with 24/5 rotational shift
