**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Assistance**:

- Assist with the planning, logistics, and execution of marketing events, including internal events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate event timelines, manage event budgets, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support on-site and virtual event operations, including registration, setup, and teardown when needed.

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage the scheduling of marketing meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain organized records of marketing contacts and vendor relationships.
- Organize and manage marketing collateral, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.

**Internal Communications**:

- Regularly update and communicate marketing initiatives and product updates across various internal departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Product Development).
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment on campaigns and objectives.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Provide support to the customer service and sales teams by supplying relevant marketing materials and communications for customer inquiries.
- Assist in drafting and sending out customer-focused marketing communications, newsletters, and promotional content.

**Vendor Coordination**:

- Manage relationships with external partners, including print vendors, event planners, and freelance designers.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Track invoices, payments, and contracts related to marketing projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or administrative support.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Desired Experience**:

- A year of experience in marketing or event coordination.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with vendor management and event logistics is a strong advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
