**Position**: Counsellor - Dental Clinic
**Location**: Kondapur,Hyderabad.
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (based on conversions)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and build a positive relationship with walk-ins and inquiries (online & offline)
- Clearly explain dental treatments and procedures (training will be provided)
- Answer questions and clarify doubts about pricing, procedures, and aftercare
- Counsel patients to take the right decision regarding treatment
- Follow up with leads generated through calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media
- Convert consultations into qualified leads and appointments
- Maintain records of interactions and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with doctors for treatment planning and updates

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills in **Telugu, English, and Hindi**:

- Confident and pleasant personality with a customer-first approach
- Ability to learn and explain dental treatments in a simple manner
- Previous experience in healthcare or sales is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- English,Hindi,Telugu (preferred)
