Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

**Language & Communication**:

- Fluent communication in English, Telugu.
- Interact professionally with patients and address their concerns
- Assist in explaining post-treatment instructions to patients

**Clinical Support**(training provided if needed)**:

- Assist dentists during various dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Set up treatment rooms for different procedures
- Hand instruments to dentist during treatments
- Operate suction devices and dental equipment as needed
- Take dental X-rays
- Mix dental materials and prepare compounds as required

**Patient Care**:

- Greet and prepare patients for dental procedures
- Seat patients comfortably and adjust dental chairs
- Place protective bibs and eyewear on patients
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Schedule follow-up appointments
- Maintain patient comfort throughout procedures

**Infection Control & Sterilization**:

- Follow strict infection control protocols
- Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas
- Properly dispose of contaminated materials
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Assist with inventory management of dental supplies
- Help with appointment scheduling and patient flow management
- Support billing processes when required
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs
- **Required Qualifications**_
- 12th grade education (or Diploma)
- Basic understanding of hospitality and healthcare
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu.
- Physical stamina to be in for extended periods
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Willingness to learn new procedures and techniques

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of technology and communications
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of dental materials and equipment (training will be provided)
