Murex Functional Support Role Specific Responsibilities: - Responsible for Software Development and Production Support for Murex MX.3 and related systems / interfaces. - Understand requirements and translate to a Murex technical solution. - Adhere to Agile framework to support the business. - Involvement in software development around Murex MX.3 and other associated tools/interfaces. All such development to be in accordance with agreed REFINEMENT/SPRINT prioritization meeting requirements. - Responsibility for unit testing and preparation of software releases for deployment into production. - Provide Production Support as may be required including out of hours. - Java development experience will be a plus Technical Competencies: - Languages / Tools: SQL XML XSLT Java IntelliJ Spring Camel & Maven - Database: Oracle Enterprise - Operating Systems : Linux - Middleware Tools - Unix Shell Scripting (in particular Bash) - Prepare Functional Specifications Design Documents & UAT Test Cases - Version Control System (e.g. GITHUB) and Software Release Packaging (Jenkins) - Debugging / Unit and Integration Testing - JIRA Agile & Change Management - CI/CD implementation including BDD. Product Skills / Knowledge: - Murex MX.3 Core Modules and System Architecture / Configuration - Murex MxML (Post and Pre-trade flows) Development: Workflow design and data transformation - Murex Reporting and Batch Processing Development. - Murex e-Tradepad & OSP configuration - Murex Market data feeds configuration (e.g. BSMT BBGDL) - Murex Limit Controller (MLC) and Risk Aggregator (MRB) - Financial Markets OTC Cleared Products (FX FXO Commodities) - Knowledge of Financial Reporting / Risk Management (Good to have not mandatory) - Bloomberg Data License (Good to have not mandatory) Personal Skills: - Self-starter - Eager to learn new technologies and business skills and become subject matter expert. - Ownership and Team Player - Accountable business driven Note:
