As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs that captivate our audience and effectively communicate our brand message. You will collaborate with various teams to develop concepts and bring them to life through compelling designs across multiple platforms. This is a 0-1 role in a fast growing business vertical within an existing org **Location**:Bangalore (WFO) **Experience**: 2-3 **Requirements**: **Responsibilities**: - Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the brand identity and objectives. - Create visually striking graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including digital and print assets. - Work across different marketing channels and medium - Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and engaging. - Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels. - Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and design reviews. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. - Utilize design software and tools effectively to produce high-quality designs. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work. - Proficiency in graphic design software for both digital and offline creatives such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CD). - Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into designs. - Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong time management and organizational skills. **Preferred**: - Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus. - Knowledge of web design principles and HTML/CSS. - Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and prototyping tools like sketch and figma is a plus
