**ExxonMobil Returnship Program**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor’s in engineering from a recognized university with minimum 6.5 CGPA out of 10 or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ full time work experience currently must be on a career break while applying.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership and good communication skills.
- Possess attributes such as attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Willing to work from office.
- Preference in an industry which both manufactures and distributes goods eg Chemical, Consumer Packed Goods, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing etc
- Tableau and/or Power BI for visualization, Power Query, Excel Visual Basics for Application (VBA), John's Macintosh Project (JMP) for analytics.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) and Business Warehouse (BW), Analysis for office, and various database and data warehousing solutions.

**Global Supply Chain Planning Group**:

- Engaged in planning, optimization, and insight generation activities for the global supply chain organization in fields of logistics and distribution, sales and operational planning and product quality.

**What you will do in our team**:

- Deliver reports and analysis to Logistics and Distribution/ Sales and Operations Planning stakeholders flawlessly and timely
- Participate in regional / global meetings to provide Planning Team support and gain more direct understanding of business initiatives
- Understand fundamentals of supply chain to do deep dives in cost, inventory or other supply chain metric performance analysis. Ensure data quality is maintained and refreshed for answering new questions using existing models
- Participate in corporate plan development for cost or volumes and proactively drive cross-functional alignment across organizations as needed
- Build, document, maintain, and/or improve tools to analyze and explain model outputs (e.g., visualizations, macros to calculate customized output KPIs, etc.)
- Provide cost analysis support for ad-hoc studies including Third Party Service Provider (TPSP) projects/bid.

**Global Business Planning Group**:

- Highly embedded with multiple global business units to participate in business planning activities and to provide insights/analytics solutions across different verticals and functions

**What you will do in our team**:

- Provide support to regional / global supply chain, sales, marketing, and financial reporting functions to:

- Develop and maintain process documentation
- Lead initiatives to improve process effectiveness and efficiency
- Communicate with stakeholders as required.
- Deliver reports, data analysis, metrics and stewardships timely and accurately
