Job Description Title/Designation :Sourcing Executive

Reports to : Manager / Managing Director / VP

Experience:2 - 5 Years

Based at : Indore Industry :Sheet Metal Manufacturing

Qualification Diploma / BE Mechinical

Other Qualification : MBA Preference Computer knowledge (Advanced Excel, Internet searching Tools) / Accounting Software Knoweledge

Job Role / Purpose : To search new sources to improve purchase time and cost reduction

Key Technical Skills : Proficiency in procurement software and tools

Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and market analysis

Familiarity with contract negotiation and management

Other Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify local and global sourcing opportunities

.Negotiate and establish contracts with new suppliers to meet company requirements

.Coordinate communication between suppliers and the Sales department to ensure alignment.

Assist buyers in facilitating timely delivery of goods.

Check and enter order confirmations in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and updates.

Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.

Analyze suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers on competitive

pricing.Salary2.4 - 3.6 LPA

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
