**Job Title: Machine Maintenance Trainee - Injection Moulding**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Machine Maintenance Trainee to join our team in the injection moulding department. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of machine maintenance while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Assisting with Maintenance Tasks**:

- Support senior technicians in routine maintenance and repairs of injection moulding machines.
- Learn to perform preventative maintenance checks and troubleshoot machine issues.

2. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
- Report any irregularities or issues to the maintenance supervisor promptly.

3. **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety training and adhere to company policies.

4. **Learning and Development**:

- Participate in training programs to gain knowledge of injection moulding processes and equipment.
- Engage with experienced staff to develop troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

5. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or coursework in mechanical or electrical fields is a plus.
- Strong interest in machinery and manufacturing processes.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and temperatures.
