**Job Title**:Machine Maintenance Technician
**Location**: Chennai (with travel to other branches if required)
**Experience: 5 to 6 years**
**Salary: 27k-30k**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct monthly maintenance checks and periodic inspections of machines and equipment.

Perform troubleshooting and repair of malfunctioning machinery to minimize downtime.

Implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure machines operate at peak performance.

Provide on-site technical support to branches and resolve machine-related issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and machine performance.

Communicate with branch managers to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.

Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery after servicing.

Provide training to branch staff on basic machine operation and maintenance when necessary.

Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

Collaborate with the head office and other teams to suggest improvements in machinery and processes.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician or similar role.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to travel to different branch locations as required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with branch staff.

Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).

Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in machine maintenance.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
