We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Production Line In-Charge** to oversee day-to-day apparel production operations. The role involves managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining inventory control of trims and accessories to achieve on-time delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Oversee and manage the garment production line to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure timely execution of orders as per delivery deadlines.
- Balance manpower and machines across lines for optimal output.
- **Quality Control**:

- Maintain consistent quality standards at all production stages.
- Work with quality control teams to identify and reduce defects.
- Conduct in-line and end-line inspections as needed.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Liaise with fabric, trims, and accessories vendors to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Track and follow up on deliveries to avoid production delays.
- Resolve any vendor-related issues impacting production.
- **Trims & Inventory Monitoring**:

- Maintain accurate records of trims and accessories.
- Coordinate with stores to ensure materials are issued on time and as per requirement.
- Prevent shortages or excess of inventory through proper planning and tracking.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles where applicable.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare daily production reports, highlighting output, defects, and material status.
- Update management on production status, potential delays, and resolutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
