We are 18 yr old group of company working in more than top 20 industries on Pan India basis, we are working in Banking & Microfinance Finance, FMCG, Insurance, Pharma, Retail, Real estate, Agriculture etc. with the fore of 2900 employees in ore than 750 branches over India.
**Married female** **living in nearby areas of Alambagh, Lucknow will select.**
- Job Location:
- Alambagh, Lucknow near shringar nagar metro station.
- Job Timing:
- 09:30 am to 6:30 pm
Work Experience, skills and qualifications:
- min 1-2 work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office/Desk Executive or **MBA** FRESHER.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor degree.
Job role and responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and assist direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to concern department or person.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.
**Salary**:
- Rs. 14,000-20,000/- pm + others (negotiable)
