**Job Description**:

- 1) Co ordination of Back office, Account Opening, Customer Service Operations of all SEBI Regulated business segments
- 2) Co ordinating Responsibility of Account Opening, Trade Processing, Clearing and Settlement, Collaterals, Securities Reconciliation, CTCL Operations.
- 3) Implementation of new regulations and improvements in process as required from time to time
- 4) Registration process related to Dealers, NNF Id?s, Authorised Persons and Introducing brokers for all segments / licenses from SEBI
- 5) Periodic Reporting to Exchanges / Regulatory authorities for backoffice & CTCL related operations
- 6) Management of Operational Risk
- 6) Any other Operational areas

Qualification required
- MBA / CA
