Ground Coordinator

**Job Profile**

**Administrative Support**
- Ensure identification of new product requirements or innovative products (commercial, domestic, or agriculture-related) within the assigned region, either by himself or in coordination with Solar Sakhis or Solar Engineers, and obtain at least three or more quotations for customized product requirements. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management based on project needs.
- Village Mapping.
- Listing of Sakhi-wise Haat details.
- Listing of village-wise Key Opinion Leader/Sarpanch details.
- Mobilization of Sakhis and help Bindi International in field surveys.
- Preparation of monthly operating plan and visits at Sakhi locations as per the planning sheet.
- Ensuring logistics on a local level/share spare part requirements.
- Providing sales leads to weaker Sakhis and helping in closing the sales.
- Ensuring commission disbursement for Sakhis and reporting refunds/product complaints, if any.
- Ensure successful completion of critical deliverables with a hands-on approach.
- Develop alternative channels for the sales of solar products in the assigned territory.

**Knowledge Support**
- Providing Market Intelligence Reports.
- Ensure successful completion of critical deliverables with a hands-on approach.
- Collect relevant sales data under Women Prosper Initiative model.
- Monitor and measure sales performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

**Training, Coordination and Targets**
- Coordination during Sakhi’s training and refresher training.
- Visit project areas as needed to provide hand-holding support to Solar Sakhis and Solar Engineers.
- Coordinate with departments such as Logistics, Finance, Community Outreach, and Technical Support.
- Hand-holding Sakhis by co-working with them and achieving sales targets for the assigned region.

**Report Sharing and weekly meetings**
- Share reports. The details of reports to be shared are given below (formats are shared separately):

- Fortnightly Visit Report Format.
- Weekly Sale and Collection Report Format.
- WhatsApp Reports (Every Monday)
- Attend the weekly sales meeting every Tuesday from 10:00 AM onwards, along with any other meetings scheduled by the Rural Marketing Team or other departments. Coordination with Ground Partners
- Coordinate with Ground Partners in sharing the following reports, if required (formats are shared separately):

- Monthly Customer Installment Report Format.
- Monthly Stock Report Format.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Hindi and Kashmiri and working knowledge of English is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, meets deadlines, and maintains a positive attitude and exemplary work ethic.
- Understand community dynamics, available resources, future opportunities, and potential challenges.

**Education and Experience**
- Any graduate degree with 2-3 years of relevant sales experience in Solar Companies, Frontier Market Organizations, Development Agencies, or For-Profit Enterprises.
- Proven experience and interest in internal and external communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- A willingness to travel extensively and ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
