Education:

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

Experience : 1 Year to 2 Years of Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between guests and the restaurant/hotel staff.
- Manage reservations, confirmations, and seating arrangements.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with various departments for efficient service delivery.
- Gather and document customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks related to guest services.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to handle customer issues with tact and professionalism.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Team player mentality and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Languages:

- English And Hindi.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
