**Job Title**: Shopify Domestic Voice Process - B2B Sales & Support
**Working Days**: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Offs
**Location**: Sector 62, Noida
**Experience**: Fresher to 6 months
**Education**: Undergraduates and Graduates
**Salary**: ₹29,000/month In-Hand | CTC same | Incentives minimum ₹25,000/month

**Job Role**:
Sales (20%) - Make outbound calls to small and medium business owners and registered sellers, explain Shopify's platform and offerings, generate interest, convert leads into active sellers, and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Customer Support (80%) - Handle inbound queries related to seller accounts, orders, product uploads, shipping, return handling, payment follow-ups, and technical issues. Guide sellers step-by-step to ensure smooth operations and timely issue closure.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of each interaction in the internal CRM system.
- Educate sellers on new features, policies, and platform updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless seller experience.
- Follow up with sellers for feedback and support satisfaction.
- Share insights or recurring issues with the team to improve processes.
- Work towards maintaining high customer satisfaction scores and performance metrics.

**Requirements**: Good communication skills in English and Hindi, basic computer knowledge, positive approach, and a goal-oriented mindset.
