As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling trekking packages to both domestic and international customers. You’ll work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored travel solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitor offerings.
- **Product Knowledge & Consultation**:

- Provide detailed information about trekking routes, adventure tours, and related services (gear, guides, accommodations, etc.).
- Tailor packages and offer personalized recommendations to clients based on their interests, budget, and experience level.
- Stay updated on new trekking destinations, seasonal trends, and industry developments to effectively sell packages.
- **Lead Management & Follow-up**:

- Qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Track and follow up on leads, ensuring timely communication with potential customers.
- Prepare and present customized quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- **Customer Service & Relationship Management**:

- Assist clients through the booking process and provide after-sales support.
- Resolve customer issues or concerns related to bookings, tours, and services in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial inquiry to post-tour feedback.
- **Collaborate with Marketing**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, brochures, and online content to attract potential clients.
- Contribute ideas for new packages, promotional offers, and seasonal deals.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain an updated CRM system to track all interactions, sales, and customer details.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on performance to the sales manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the travel, tourism, or outdoor adventure industry.
- In-depth knowledge of trekking destinations, outdoor travel, and related services (guides, gear, logistics).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
