**Working Days: 6 days (Mon to Sat)**

**Shift timing: 10am to 6:30pm**

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team, managing schedules, processing orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping the team meet its sales targets. This role is critical for maintaining smooth communication between sales, customers, and internal departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and follow up with clients and the sales team regarding inquiries, quotes, and orders.
- Prepare sales documents such as proposals, quotations, contracts, and reports.
- Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems.
- Track sales orders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and conference calls.
- Communicate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support sales execution.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining files, preparing sales reports, and managing calendars.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve any issues in coordination with the sales team.
- Support marketing activities like trade shows, campaigns, and client engagement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in supporting a sales team or customer service.
- Familiarity with order processing or invoice generation.
- Basic understanding of sales KPIs and reporting
