As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing social media handles, creating engaging content, converting leads, coordinating photo shoots, conducting campaigns, connecting with influencers, and optimizing our website for an improved user experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Media Management**:

- Curate and manage content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Engage with the audience, convert leads, and maintain positive customer interactions.

2. **Content Creation**:

- Develop creative and compelling content for social media to showcase our customised cakes.
- Implement strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.

3. **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Proactively engage with leads generated through social media, providing information and converting leads into customers.

4. **Photo Shoot Coordination**:

- Manage and coordinate photo shoots for every customised cake, ensuring high-quality visuals for promotional use.

5. **Social Media Campaigns**:

- Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

6. **Influencer Collaboration**:

- Identify and connect with social media influencers, fostering partnerships for brand-building activities.

7. **B2B Outreach**:

- Target and engage B2B companies that align with our product offerings, establishing mutually beneficial relationships.

8. **Website Management**:

- Optimize the website for an improved user experience, implementing changes to enhance navigation and visual appeal.
- Update website content regularly, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and website management.
- Excellent communication skills for lead conversion and influencer collaboration.
- Creativity in content creation and an eye for visually appealing design.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
