Evaluate the tax/ social security laws and processes in various countries for employer reporting and compliance activities.
- Perform research analysis of the International Treaties & Totalization Agreements.
- Preparation of shadow payroll calculations and comply with other employer reporting requirement as per the respective domestic tax laws of foreign country.
- Research on country-specific tax laws and requirements to prepare shadow payroll/ returns inhouse.
- Filing of foreign country tax returns (e.g., UK, US, Canada, Australia) of the expats.
- Develop knowledge of the tax and regulatory rules governing key aspects of Global Mobility and stay updated with the developments/ amendments in these areas.
- Keep the track of annual tax compliance for authorized assignees to ensure that all the authorized annual tax returns get filed by the tax vendors within the agreed timelines.
- Prepare tax cost estimates for global assignments/ deals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for compliance and advisory with respect to the Expats.

**Criteria**
- Senior Tax Analyst / Assistant Manager - Expat Tax Compliance**Educational Qualification**:

**Skills required**:

- Strong global mobility tax technical skills with understanding of global income and payroll tax regulations.
- Knowledge and technical skills in either UK, Canada, US, Australia or any other country’s tax compliance.
- Proficiency in MS-Office.
- Detail oriented, analytical and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to communicate well with remote international teams, including excellent oral and written communication skills.
