**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Acquisition and Sales**:
- Identify potential customers through market research and leads.
- Conduct visits to prospects, explain product features, and demonstrate vehicle benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management for product or service improvements.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the features, benefits, and specifications of the vehicle models offered.
- Provide detailed explanations and suggestions to customers based on their needs.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and documentation.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and performance.
- **Promotional Activities**:
- Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and product launches to increase brand visibility.
- Distribute promotional materials and attend trade shows or exhibitions as required.
- **After-Sales Support**:
- Assist customers with registration, insurance, and vehicle delivery.
- Address post-sale issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer demographics.
**Additional Requirements**:
- **Driving License**: Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- **Mobility**: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- **Work Schedule**: Flexible to work on weekends and holidays, if required.
