**BA Trainee**

**Roles & responsibilities**
- Gain a deep understanding of the company's custom software solutions, including features, benefits, and use cases
- Participate in product training sessions and workshops to develop comprehensive solution knowledge to enhance business analysis skills, domain knowledge, and industry expertise
- Take initiative to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies that can improve effectiveness and efficiency in the role
- Work closely with stakeholders, and end-users to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements for project
- Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value, feasibility, and impact on project scope and timelines
- Document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows using appropriate documentation techniques such as requirement documents, user stories, and diagrams. Ensure that requirements are properly documented, reviewed, and approved by relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs focused on sales skills, industry knowledge, and professional grow
- Take initiative to self-educate and stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and software developments
- An IT background is a prerequisite.
