**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code tailored to manufacturing systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, product managers, and other developers to define project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues related to CNC and VMC machines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in manufacturing and machining.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on manufacturing systems or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C++, Python, Java, or others relevant to manufacturing software.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with CNC programming and machining processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
