Job Title: CNC Programmer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop CNC programs.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to create tool paths and generate CNC code for machining operations.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to test and validate programs for accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize machining processes and improve productivity.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor machining operations to detect any deviations from specifications and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of CNC programs, tooling, and machining parameters.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards while operating CNC machines.
- Provide training and guidance to junior programmers and machine operators as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam) and G-code programming.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and cutting parameters.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric tolerances.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Prior experience with CNC milling, turning, and multi-axis machining centers preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
