**Key Responsibilities**:
Calendar Management: o Manage the Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, andpersonal commitments.
- Coordinate and prioritize meetings to ensure the Director’s time is optimally utilized. Communication Management:
**Meeting Coordination & Preparation**:
- Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring necessary materials and agendas are preparedinadvance.
- Take notes and provide follow-up on action items after meetings. Travel Management: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
**Document & Report Preparation**:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring that documents are easily accessibleand up-to-date. Project Support:
- Assist with special projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and monitoringprogress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
**Office Organization**:
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment, ensuring necessary supplies areavailable.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a liaison between the Director and other internal/external stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors. Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and other company-relatedfunctions
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
